More and more people are discovering the power of meditation to transform their lives. When life is busy, meditation creates an inner calm. When you are feeling stressed, meditation helps you relax both body and mind. When you are confronted with difficulties, meditation helps you deal with them in a positive way. When relationships turn sour, meditation gives you the wisdom to repair them. When you are full of your own problems, meditation gives you the compassion to cherish others. Kadampa Buddhist centers offer a wide range of meditation classes for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught at them.
